Everything is energy and everything is because of energy. With this in mind, everything we say and do is an expression of the energy that is flowing through our body.

When we re-connect to who we are, our true expression is that of harmony.

When we are not in connection to ourselves, we may choose to move, speak or think in a disharmonious way. This has an affect on our body. It is this affect which is responsible for most of our illness, disease and emotional turmoil.

An esoteric healing session looks to remove the disharmonious energy that is causing disruption in the body.

Within our society today, we have developed ways of over-riding what our body is trying to tell us. If we are tired, instead of changing the ill-behaviour that got us tired, we develop behaviour to over-ride it. We may choose to reach for coffee or some other stimulant, rather than allowing the body to rest and take time to reconsider our behaviour - which is the truth of what we require.

An Esoteric Healing Session is for anyone who is willing to explore the re-connection and expression of who they are in truth and discard that which they are not. It is a gentle hands-on healing, supporting you to expose and heal the root cause of any condition and not just the symptom. All sessions are individual and may vary according to the client and can also include Esoteric Massage and Energetic Facial Release.
